Tokens

This system is a simple to operate, access control administration package for residential managers, landlords, construction companies or commercial installations where you require remote access to sites or certain areas with the ability to add and delete tokens (add and delete users) or change any access rights remotely without visiting site.

The access control system can hold the following information, all of which can be changed remotely or locally if required via a PC:

• The name of the building and address
• Information on the door controllers status e.g. open, closed, online, offline etc
• Flat number and specific resident details
• Staff / Contractor time profiles e.g. control when they are allowed or denied access
• Time profiles
• Access rights
• Door monitoring
• Emergency override
• Trades button control
• Request to exit activation

Door Controller

• The door controller has the ability to cope with 1000 users as standard and can control up to 2 doors, these can be controlled locally and remotely depending on the flexibiltty required, together with good management information.
• Each door controller is supplied with a backlit LCD display, keypad, sounder and proximity reader for local administration / maintenance, whether in standalone mode or linked to a central PC
• Comes complete with easy to use software and can integrate with all types of door entry equipment
• Available in a standalone or networked options, either boxed or as an upgrade unit for fitting in existing housings

Software

• The software administration package is based on the Microsoft.NETŠ software, therefore will run on any MicrosoftŠ Windows 2000 & XP operating system
• Supplied with a USB desktop administration kit for adding tokens
• Simple to operate and maintains a powerful user interface for easy administration
• Administers up to 20 door controllers (40 doors) on each dial up via GSM or landline or IP connection
• Simple to use reporting management reporting package with export facility to MicrosoftŠ Excel and other applications
• Flexible dialling schedule and PAYG SIM reminder feature when low on credit, ensuring cost effective and reliable communications
• Sim car can be switched on and off remotely to maintain connectivity to the GSM network operator
